Eleonora Natalia Ravizza (eleonora.ravizza@unimi.it) is Associate Professor of English Language, Translation and Linguistics at the Department of Languages, Literatures, Cultures and Mediation, University of Milan. She previously held the position of Senior Researcher at the University of Catania, in the Department of Political and Social Sciences, where she carried out research in historical linguistics, translation studies, discourse analysis, and the history of English language teaching. Her current research focuses on colonial, postcolonial and migratory Anglophone contexts, with particular emphasis on identity formation, transcultural memory, and the linguistic construction of nostalgia.
