Giovanni Iamartino (giovanni.iamartino@unimi.it) is Full Professor of the History of English at the University of Milan, where he also teaches courses on Middle English Literature. His research interests focus on the history of English lexicography and linguistic codification, the history of translation (with English as the source or target language), and the history of Anglo-Italian linguistic, literary and cultural relations.
